If you decide to pay without contacting us first and we can't accomodate the hours you want you will be fully refunded.
Summary of Terms and Conditions
If you cancel less than 24 hours before a lesson → the lesson is charged.
If you arrive less than 20 minutes late → the lesson takes place but ends at the scheduled time.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late → the lesson is cancelled and charged (unless you informed your teacher in advance about the delay).
12 hours package must be completed within a maximum of 3 months, otherwise they are lost. 24 hours packages in 6 months.
Once paid, lessons (attended or not) are neither refundable nor transferable.
