Need to cancel? Please do it at least 24h before your lesson to avoid being charged.

Running a bit late? Arrive within 20 minutes → your teacher will wait, and the class goes ahead, but still ends at the scheduled time.

More than 20 minutes late? Let your teacher know in advance → she can still wait for you, but the lesson will finish at the scheduled time. Otherwise, the lesson is considered cancelled and charged.

Package duration for efficiency : 12-hour packs = 3 months to use.

24-hour packs = 6 months.

Don’t let them vanish like fresh croissants!

Refunds : Once paid, lessons (attended or not) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Summary of Terms and Conditions If you cancel less than 24 hours before a lesson → the lesson is charged. If you arrive less than 20 minutes late → the lesson takes place but ends at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late → the lesson is cancelled and charged (unless you informed your teacher in advance about the delay). 12 hours package must be completed within a maximum of 3 months, otherwise they are lost. 24 hours packages in 6 months.
